Kingfisher Marine is situated on the western side of the river Avon, lying to the east of the A4104 Defford Road, linking Pershore with Defford. To the west of the site lies Tiddesley Woods and the surrounding land to the north and south of the marina is rural in nature.

Pershore lies approximately 2 miles to the north of the property. This is a traditional historic town with a population of approximately 6,000 people. Pershore benefits from an Abbey, High School and centrally located supermarket surrounded by a range of traditional dependent shops. There is some industry located in Pershore, the majority of which lies at the northern edge of Pershore.

From Broad Street, Pershore travel along the B4084 road, heading towards Worcester. As you start to approach the hill leaving Pershore, take the left hand turning to Upton on Severn (A4104). Proceed for approximately 2km (1½ miles). Kingfisher Marine will be found on the left hand side identified by the place name visible from the highway.
